After you fill out the form to the left, we will ship out the CDs to you. Suggested donation for a CD is $5.00 and for a DVD is $10.00. For shipping, please add $3 for 1-5 CDs, $5 for 6-10 CDs, $7 for 11-19 CDs, and $10 for 20+ CDs. For bulk orders, please contact us at
